Zero Waste 101 Workshop
Wednesday, June 1st, 2016

What is Zero Waste? Is it possible? How do I get started? Does it cost money?

USZWBC proudly presents this affordable introductory workshop that provides the basics for those who are just starting their recycling program or want to take it to the next level. Our experts will show attendees how to measure their waste, recycling and composting; provide strategies for reduce and reuse; and help decrease their waste bill. This workshop is appropriate for both small and large businesses alike. For local attendees, Austin Resource Recovery will review the Universal Recycling Ordinance (URO) requirements and the upcoming Organics portion of the ordinance.

Registration fees for USZWBC members is $20 and $45 for non-members.
